These terms govern your use of the Clearstep AI platform at clearstepai.org. By using our platform, you agree to these terms. We've written them to be as clear as possible — no legal jargon if we can avoid it.
Clearstep AI is an educational platform that helps people learn to use AI tools through guided Pathways. We provide information, tutorials, and guided experiences. We are not a healthcare provider, financial advisor, or substitute for professional advice in any field.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. If you're signing up on behalf of someone else (for example, a parent or grandparent), make sure you have their permission. You can cancel your account at any time by contacting us.
Free accounts remain free forever. Paid plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We don't charge cancellation fees. If we change our pricing, we'll give you at least 30 days notice.
Please use Clearstep respectfully. Don't share your account with people outside your plan, attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, or use our content for commercial purposes without permission. All interactions on Clearstep should be supportive and kind — that's the Clearstep way.
All Pathway content, guides, and materials are owned by Clearstep AI. You're welcome to use what you learn for personal purposes, but please don't copy or redistribute our content. If you're an institutional partner, your licensing agreement covers usage within your organization.
While we work hard to keep our content accurate and up to date, AI tools and technology change rapidly. We can't guarantee that every piece of information will be current at the time you use it. Always verify important decisions (especially health and financial ones) with qualified professionals.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email and update the date at the top. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
