At Clearstep AI, your trust is everything. We built this platform for people who deserve technology that respects them — and that starts with how we handle your information. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it. We've written it in plain language because that's what we believe in.
When you sign up, we collect your email address. If you create an account, we may also collect your name and general preferences to personalize your Pathway experience. We do not collect health data, financial information, or anything you don't explicitly share with us.
We use basic analytics (such as which pages are visited and how our Pathways are used) to improve the experience. This data is aggregated and never tied to your identity.
We use your information to provide and improve Clearstep AI, send you relevant updates (which you can opt out of at any time), and communicate with you if you reach out. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Period.
We use industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your data. Our systems are designed with healthcare-grade privacy standards in mind, even though we are not a healthcare provider. We regularly review our security practices and limit employee access to personal data.
You can request to see, update, or delete your personal information at any time by contacting us at hello@clearstepai.org. If you're on our email list, every email includes an unsubscribe link that works immediately.
We use minimal cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising cookies or sell cookie data to third parties.
If we make changes to this privacy policy, we'll update the date at the top and notify you by email if the changes are significant. We'll never reduce your privacy protections without giving you clear notice.
