How do I get started with Clearstep?

Sign up for a free Explorer account on our homepage. You'll get immediate access to your first Pathway preview — no credit card required.

Do I need any technical experience?

Not at all. Clearstep is designed for complete beginners. Our Pathways start from scratch and guide you step-by-step in plain language.

What devices can I use Clearstep on?

Clearstep works on any device with a web browser — your computer, tablet, or smartphone. No app download needed.

How do I upgrade or change my plan?

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.

Can my family member sign me up?

Absolutely! Many of our members are signed up by adult children or grandchildren. Just make sure the account holder gives their permission. Our Pro Plan even includes 1-on-1 instructional sessions.

What if I get stuck on a lesson?

Every Pathway is designed to be self-paced, and you can revisit any module as many times as you like. Paid plans also include priority email support.

Is my information safe?

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data and we never sell your personal information. Read more in our Privacy Policy.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime by contacting us at hello@clearstepai.org. There are no cancellation fees, and you'll keep access through the end of your current billing period.
