The problem we saw

We talked to hundreds of older adults. We heard their frustration. We heard their longing to understand what their grandchildren were talking about. We heard their desire to use technology to solve real problems in their lives. And we saw that when someone took the time to teach them clearly and with patience, they could learn. In fact, many became excited and eager to try new things.
